awakeintheashes Posted July 11, 2013 Share Posted July 11, 2013 Without meaning to drag this part of the discussion out, I just want to say that I'm not "hating" on this title - since I'm not invested in the series I don't really care at all whether it goes up or down in value. I've noticed comments on a few threads to the effect that anyone who doesn't like title X has some kind of ulterior motive - not the case here. Some people just like to collect and read books, and don't depend for either their livelihood or their collecting cash on their successes in buying and selling. Hickman is great. Dragotta is great. East of West just isn't doing it for me. Good luck to all those who are speculating, and I'm happy for those who are not, but are enjoying reading the series. I think everyone is entitled to there opinions to each there own I also love the book but I thought this was the place your opinions and hopes for a book that also means your dislikes I defiantly understand them saying that there's a lot of speculation on the book honestly I probably ordered way more then anyone I know of at this point within the first month I sold over 40 sets of 10 at 89 to 79$ a pop so I got what I put in and some pure speculation I have sold what I plan on selling and im done everything else is for my personal stash so honestly any hype on my part is because I have slowly fallen in love with this series let the attacks begin Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was and in my opinion is a good pick both short and long term. I'm still surprised by the turn this book made. I love stuff that is unpredictable and I have no idea where this story is going.
