PGM - Western Hero #90 (Bindery Defect)

3 posts in this topic

Hello. I was wondering how much the bindery defect would affect this books grade. The width at the bottom of the book is 7 1/8" and 6 7/8" at the top - 1/4" total. It does not affect the story. Book lays flat with white to off white pages. Thanks.

Unless it was trimmed after being sold, which is unlikely, that would be referred to as a miscut. It wouldn't have much if any effect on the technical grade, but would likely impact perceived value.

It's often hard to judge white covers by scan, as they can hide wear, but the book does look pretty clean, though with a few spine ticks visible

7.5 maybe 8.0
