Can you tell me what the label says, and is that dust shadow along the left and bottom edge?

The label says signed by stan lee on 10/30/10? I can't remember the date, but it was right around halloween.

Cream to off-white pages.

 

That is not a dust shadow, it is fade. Like the book was at the bottom of a stack and just the left and bottom edge stuck out in the light.
