E-bay can be a krapshoot. It all depends who's looking at any particular time.

 

I had a Famous Monsters #8 on e-bay years ago. Around the same grade as yours. It was in a big collection I purchased. I also started it at .99 cents, but I always ran my auctions through two weekends for 10 days to attract more people.

 

It was at $75.00 dollars with about two minutes left. I would have been happy with the $75.00. A bidding war erupted the last minute and the final hammer price I believe was $284.00. The guy paid the same night. (shrug)
