The definitive site was posted some time ago by our own Man Of Steel.

 

Conan 37 certainly post-dates it, maybe others, particularly if you count black&white mags or Adams' contribution to the Crusty Bunkers.

Think N Adams' last cover art was unpublished for 1982 X-men graphic novel "If God loves, Man kills". The X-men 2 movie is supposed to be loosely based on the bk. Cover was later colored & used on an early Comic Bk Artist mag #3 1999.
