Quick CGC Question!

Hi guys, I think this was brought up a couple of months ago

but I couldn't remember the outcome.

 

I have a auction that I'm doing a side deal with (where I made a lower offer knowing the auction didn't meet the reserve price) Anyhoo, the qustion that I have is - Is it a common accurance to

have a ruffeled top CGC title card?

 

This one in the link is a little wavy - ASM #42 CGC 9.0

 

I haven't really pulled the trigger on this one as of yet, and I'm holding the press until

I feel a little safer on this issue.

 

If I recall this waving of the top card could be a CGC production error where the card got squished in there.

 

 

any help is well apprish'd.
