Out of this World variant?

Found an Out of this World Adv's pulp #2 1951. #1 & #2 are known to have Joe Kubert art in the center inserted comic. This #2 instead has a 32 pg color comic in the middle. Has 3 chapters of a flying saucer story by Wally Wood. Published in Canada by Avon.

 

Any other variations known? I could not find any more info in J Weist's Comic Art & Pulp guide (2000) or Adventure House's Pulp Catalog (1997). Anybody have access to the Ultimate Guide to Pulps for reference?

Tracked down the centerfold comic insert is Flying Saucers #1 (1950 Avon) nm approx $850.
