CLOSED Entire Miller DD Run 158-191, all CGC 9.6/9.8

No probies or HOSers - first :takeit: gets it.

Looking for $2,100 plus $85 shipping (these things aren't light) via registered priority mail. Price is firm. That's only $61.75 per book (excluding shipping). US only. Paypal only. Trade option is off the table too, sorry.

I've brought the price down quite a bit on this lot, thought I'd give it one more shot here before moving back to the bay with individual lots. Would love to see this great set go to a single boardie home instead of dozens of ebayers.

You won't see this come up very often. The entire ground breaking Frank Miller Daredevil Run - all 34 issues, 158-191 including 168. ALL either CGC 9.6 or 9.8 Universal (Blue) Grade, direct market editions, with white pages (except 172 which has OW/W). This run took me about two years of constant searching to put together. It's stunning. Tried to get well centered books with good eye appeal. I believe in buying the book, not the label. The slabs are in great shape, the books are in great shape, would make a FANTASTIC registry set, all in one fell swoop. All at about $61.75 per book. If you would like scans of any specific books please let me know. Glare in the pics is from the sleeves that protect these slabs. Serious inquiries only please. Will be shipped registered priority mail, same as how CGC ships.

Why not list individual lot's right here first? (shrug)

Figure I can clear quite a bit more on ebay even after fees if I list individually. Just thought I'd give boardies first shot at the whole lot, as it would be a lot less hassle for me, hence I'm offering it here as a whole for less than what I figure I'll clear on ebay after fees.

Additionally, I'd like to list individual lots here first, but once it's broken up it loses value. Meaning, let's say I sell 1/3 of the books here for what I'm looking for. I'm left with 2/3 to list on ebay, but without the entire run I won't be able to attract as many multi-lot bidders, who will end up driving up the prices on some of the books. Some books will go for over GPA, others under, but overall as a whole, they should net right around GPA (maybe a tad bit more because of mult-lot bidders).

Thanks for the explanation. That sounds right. Good luck selling them.

I mean I'll take them...

Assuming payment arrives shortly, we have a winner. And thank goodness for that, I can stop taking individual pics and queuing up my ebay auctions which were set to start tomorrow. And more importantly, I don't have to worry about packing and sending all these slabs to a couple dozen different people - I was surely going to run out of 1092/1095s. Sure I'm probably losing out on a couple hundred bucks over listing individually, but I can live with that.
