Has anyone ever cancelled an order, or part of an order, before grading?

Gemma is a grader now. From personal experience, once an invoice is in the system it is difficult (at best) to have it altered. And rightly so.

 

Since you would be canceling 10 of the minimum 30 books you need, unless you have other books in the system you may no longer qualify for the prescreen.

Invoices are individually limited to 30 books. The pre-screen min is not an issue.
