great run of books, Ive only got three of em...

but seeing them all like this , I gotta say that with the exception of a handful of them, its a really less than stellar run of drawing and layouts dont ya think? Dont hate me if you dont agree, but they are pretty crudely drawn, and too comocal. Right away in the first 9 or so images thay already had a pair of cartoon Mexicans villains, and dont get me started on Doiby Dickles.... Doiby???

 

Compare these covers to the awesome wartime Actions and the early More Funs... no comparison.

I have to agree, many of those AA covers are crapalacious - I mean sure GL has a cool costume and crude GA covers have a certain charm, but they're not exactly classics. the earlier ones, 16-22, are pretty cool though, even if a couple do look like direct swipes from Detective Comics.
