Well, not that anyone here did this, but I bet they got a lot of calls before, when the grades were immediately posted but before they shipped, from everyone arguing about what the grade should be, and asking them to take another look at it. It seems some of us call regularly even now, asking about updates and why things are taking so long, maybe not realizing that every call results in further delays-- every minute someone is on the phone to a customer, they are not receiving/checking-in/scheduling/grading/shipping, and based on the pictures of the staff, they don't have all that many employees.
