Which actor was perfect in their roll in a superhero movie?

speaking of Ian Mckellen,

how about Alec Baldwin as The Shadow. Sometimes I feel like im the only person who like that piece of movie.

:hi:

One of my early DVD purchases.

I liked it too but I also thought Daredevil was tolerable.

If i were you, i would NEVER mention that again in public! ;)

lol I know. At least I didn't say Ghost Rider.

Daredevil was so horribly bad imo, i can't even definitely say that Ghost Rider was worse hm

Don't worry - I'm in a minority of one. :tonofbricks:

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Karl Urban as Judge Dredd.

He was absolutely fantastic and completely nailed the character.

I saved a space for you to mention it. And I totally agree!

I've seen this movie a few times now, and appreciate it every time. But honestly, I still like watching the Stallone version from time to time.

Has Dolph as the Punisher been mentioned yet?

Dolph as the Punisher. Its good.

No. No, it wasn't. (tsk)

The only thing good about that movie was that, when it was released on VHS way back in the day, my comic buddies and I rented it to rag on it and take a body count.

comix4fun cracked me up the other night when he posted this in the rapid fire, photobucket dump thread - I watched it at least six times.

Brandon Lee in The Crow.

Elevated a potential action-oriented B-movie (see Rapid Fire) into the haunting masterpiece that will live on through his own tragic legend.

RIP Brandon. :(

Special mentions to Heath Ledger and Christopher Reeve too.

Arnold is defiinitely in the top ten for me. I put him in at 7th. Followed by Charles Middleton's Ming from the Flash Gordon movies. And Ron Perlman as bellboy 10th. Jim Carry's Mask at 11.

Won't disagree with Jim Carrey as The Mask. Saw that movie more in the theater than any other movie I've ever seen (it played at the dollar theater for months and months when I was in college. Spent many an evening in that theater..after the bong hits)..
