Good day people.. wanted to ask for opinion as I wanted to bring this to CGC for slabbing.. From my amateurish eyes I can tell it is a VF/NM 9.0??

Hard to tell from pics but looks like a lot of cover abrasion. 6.0

I think thats acidification of paper staining. You can tell if the inside of the book smells bad. Dog ear crease on FC lower right. 6.0 seems right.

4.5/5.0 if some of it pressed out have a solid 6.0

I think the grades given have been fairly accurate. It's in great shape, but not a VF/NM in my opinion. I see some light creasing and some spine damage which is also light. With pressing maybe even as high as a 7, as is 6/6.5 sounds right to me.
