Looks F/VF or 7.5 grade. Spine ticks and creasing, slightly rounded edges, ever so slight soiling on spine and appears possible tanning along outer edge? Appears there is a slight tear along top, but I treat that like marvel chipping and would allow in higher grade as it is so typical of SA Marvels.

 

Overall a very nice collectible copy.
