I'm new...

 

How bad will I get knicked of a score for have one tiny corner issue? or small creases in the binding?

Most spine corner issues are treated lightly by CGC. That is as long as it isn't totally bashed on the spine corners. Things like spurs or slight scrapings aren't a big deal, though they DO keep it from being a 9.9 or 10.0 contender. I've got a couple of issues that I wonder how they got a 9.8 with the corner spine issues.
