Printing Defect

While going through some of my Wolverine sets, I found several Wolverine #3 with printing defects. They look like fugly thumbprints, all in the same area. There's nothing wrong structurally within those areas. It's nice and glossy. How does this affect the grade?

The ink loss won't affect the grade as it is a manufacturing artifact. However those white arrows will knock the grades down a couple of points.

Printing defect.

 

It's like the red marker scatch on the back of Daredevil #168 that appears on a portion of the run. At some point someone realized this was happening and clear up the red mark. But when you get a raw copy, it appears as if someone was writing on the back of the book.
