Red Hook
A scan of this has already appeared on the boards, but namisgr was nice enough to make this available to me. The oldest GR in my personal collection.
Red Hook
This book arrived today, a purchase from John Hauser, one of the dealers who brought the collection to public sale in 1993. I think it's top edge overhang may preclude it from being slabbed

Red Hook
This book came to me via nochips, within the last month. It was sent back from CGC with an overhang that made it not slabbable. It was (to my knowledge) originally purchased from Craig C. Beles (William Stevens attorney) by our own Shin Kao. BTW....all three of these are Green Rivers. namisgr
Great early Thor's, Red, and the GR ped really shows off the white covers well.

DKB
I've never been the biggest Fury fan, but I've had the chance to see a ton of the Sgt Fury covers and every other one is a classic. Great stuff.

sfilosa
Great Book. The more I think about it, the better deal I think you got. That's such a tough book in high grade and you got an uber-high grade and a pedigree. Good Work!!!!
baklo
Thanks! Glad you like it. It's gorgeous in person...nice centering, sharp corners, etc. No doubt in my mind with the 9.8 grade. The case is pretty badly cracked in the back though--luckily the book wasn't harmed--I'll be sending it in for a reholder soon.
