It's just a great greytone cover and a lot of people who don't collect the title want this issue. For anyone who collects DC sci-fi books, this would most likely be very high on their want list.

SA 80 is awesome but it's post-code and post-Showcase 4 and I would tend to exclude it from the list of Atomic Age comics.

Is this one particularly scarce compared to the other Frazetta covers? I've only got two of the issues so don't know why this one stands out.

I have found 209 and 210 to be the most common and 215 to be the most difficult. The others are not particularly easy in high grade though. 213 is my favorite cover of the run.
