Goldeneye - Starpc, the owner of the piece said it was Psylcoke in Cap A attire and Wonder Woman is wearing the Superman briefs, unless you were being facetious and I'm not getting it?

Her leg and arm bands are dead-on for Psylocke. But I would would have figured the British flag for her.
