Hey, why not? I've seen 9.8's with 7 CB stress marks.

It's just so random. Almost all of the interior sig SS books are from the first couple years of the program. So the pool is super small. I hope someone responds!

I have several 9.9's I've submitted, and this is just as nice. I'd put money on it. It just has the artists signature the OO got 20 years ago. I too, am waiting for CGC's response.
