One book, Paypal is preferred and shipping in North America will be $10, $20 if I'm sending this to the UK. Asking $375 OBO for this rare beauty. Please note that the book has been removed from its slab but I do have the label. I had the book graded myself just to see how it would pan out and mainly to see if there was any restoration. This is the only copy that has ever been graded by CGC and is extremely rare [i have never actually seen another copy in the last 10 years]. PM me if you have any questions.
