Sell (or resell) a book you thought you would never part with... in order to buy a grail or mini-grail.

 

Or dream book in your case. :)

My 2c, sell the hulk 181 for the X-men 1. Hulk 181 is a dime a dozen, just the other day we had three different ones listed. X-men 1 is a much rarer book and not every day are you going to have the chance to get gorgeous 3.0 at a reasonable price that looks better than some higher grade books. I know me, if it was an AF 15 and I had to sell my never sell books, they would be right out the door for it!

X-Men 1 is definitely the more rare book, but what do you guys think about future value potential for these two books? Ive seen Hulk 181 jump a couple hundred dollars higher in value just in these last couple of months. Will Hulk 181 be the next Amazing Spider-man #1 30 years from now?

Hulk 181 is way to plentiful for that. Like some others have said, if you want a Hulk 181 you can pretty much buy one on any given day in almost any given grade.

 

It's all supply/demand. It's a great book NO DOUBT but there are a lot of them out there ranging from all sorts of grades... it's an easier find, thus, regardless of character won't hold as much value in the long run.
