A little GA grading contest before the big one! RESULTS ARE IN!!!

Side note: revised the point system.

 

Going to determine the winner by total points.

 

Grade points:

 

Correct grade = 5 points

Within 1 grade = 2.5 point

Within 2 grades = .5 point

Correct PQ = .5 point

 

 

Still time left, keep the guesses coming if you have not entered the contest yet!

I will post the CGC slabs Saturday around 6:00 PM and add up all the totals!

 

 

 

 

 

[font:Times New Roman]Alas, my gut is telling me that the PQ of #3 (Spy Smasher #11) is White (as opposed to OW/W) even though PQ can rarely be assessed accurately from cover scans. hm

 

Please adjust my guess accordingly. Everything else stands pat.[/font]

Side note:

 

Point totals will looks like this:

 

Grade/total points

 

e.g. 3.5/4.5

 

(3.5 being the grade point total and 4.5 being the total Grade and PQ points together)

 

The Grade point will take precedence followed by highest total points.

 

Keep guesses coming if you haven't entered yet, contest over tomorrow night at 6:00 Pacific Time

 

Guesses cannot be changed once I have entered into spreadsheet.

Average grade guess on Spy Smasher #1 was 6.78 Joey's looking pretty good here! or the CGC grader got some...just saying :whistle:

With the exception of the Namora #1 the rest were on average under graded by 2-3 grades! hm you guys need a lot of help! :baiting:

Still don't know why the Namora did not grade higher. Guess i'll never know, I refuse to pay for grader notes that should be free :sumo:

Now wait a minute. The Spy Smasher 1, crunked up upper LH corner, and big ol' bend upper spine, got a half point HIGHER than that gorgeous #2?

 

Help me out here, SNIPER. You have the books in hand, just what am I missing on the #2?
