I got this as a NM-, what do you think? The corners are good, but the left side is like this.

 

 

Let me know, these are pretty large creases.

Actually you should avoid as much drama as you can and simply return it. There's a time for Negs and maybe snarky remarks, but not right out the gates.

The boards have a hall of fame and a probation list, but I'm not sure whether grading disputes qualify a person. If the book came with a money-back guarantee and he doesn't deliver, that would certainly earn him a spot.
