Apparently the 1st color appearance. Marvel Preview #? is his real first but in B&W I think. Plus it might be considered out of continuity maybe being a magazine isyead of a regular comic??? IDK myself.

Marvel Preview #7 - 1st appearance in Marvel Magazine

Hulk #271 - 1st Appearance in Comic

 

Is that possible that, being "Rocky Raccon" the first story in Marvel Preview is considered a prototype of the character? Generally speaking, even stories in the magazines are first apperances, if they are within continuity. There are many examples (The Sons of the Tiger, for example).

The fact that Rocky seems to have a "double" first appearance leaves me wondering.
