Desperately Need WDC&S page count help!

I just got an issue of Walt disney comics & stories #59, V5#11. Its only 32 pages, and every other 40's issue I have is 52 pgs. or more. It seems like nothing is missing, but I think it has to be. Does anyone have one, or know of variances in page counts? I need to know if I should return it or not. Thanks!!!

I took out my copy of #59 and counted the pages. 32, not counting the covers. Although I didn't take them out to count, I believe #58 and #60 are also in the 32-page format.
