FAMOUS MONSTERS OF FILMLAND #5, VERY NICE COPY!

 

This is one of the more difficult issues to obtain in any condition, let alone in a HIGHER GRADE such as this. Grading comics and magazines is subjective and I am not a professional grader, so I will let you be the judge of the grade from my description and the photos below.

 

The magazine is solid with NO rips, tears, creases, clipped coupons, stains, or tape. It lays flat with absolutely NO spine roll. As can be seen in the photos the spine itself has very minimal wear and NO splitting. The covers are bright with good coloring and gloss.

 

As a point of reference the following values are for various grades as listed in the Nostomania on line catalogue:

 

VF+/8.5=$1,100.00

VF/8.0=$1,020.00

VF-/7.5=$811.00

FN+/VF- 7.0=$715.00

FN+/6.5=$416.00
