Superman #202

Any assistance on grading this Superman #202 would be appreciated.

Obvious issues I see are the bottom left back corner. Also, the spine is wrinkled, which I assume is a function of the thick binding on these Giant size books.

Very nice copy 8.5/9.0, leaning towards the higher grade.

Sure looks like a 9.0 to me but you scan is maybe a little overexposed.??
