PBS documentary series tie-in book -- other requests

I've asked for some of these elsewhere, but on advice from folks in the community, I'm consolidating the requests into one place. I'm looking for high-res (300-600 dpi) scans of a bunch of hard-to-find Golden Age and Golden/Silver cusp comics images for a book connected to a PBS documentary on superheroes airing later this year. Our researchers have low-res versions of these things scavenged from the web, but those aren't good enough to reproduce.
