Worst comics within the last 5 years

134 posts in this topic

I'm just killing some time and I thought it would be kinda fun to see what everybody thinks are the biggest bombs within the last five years in comics. I have a couple on the top of my list and here I go-

1) Hell Yeah (I crown this one)

2) Butcher Baker the Rightest Maker ( and this one is the kings sidekick)

I would avoid these like the plague!

Victories was pretty unreadable.

^^

If this took into account the last ten years, I'd vote All Star Batman & Robin.

lol , it was amazing in how bad it was. Victories is to Comic Books, as Maximum Surge is to Movies.... :roflmao:

Yet it somehow sold well enough to warrant an ongoing series. doh!

Any hatorade left for DOMINIQUE LAVEAU: VOODOO CHILD?

It tempted me to stop preview orders, lol

woo hoo, this is right before Butcher Baker in my reading pile

Looks like your going to have a shyte feast with your line up. Gorillaz at the zoo flinging poo makes more sense than Butcher Baker. Prob bad refference since Gorillas throwing poo is pretty damn hillarious.

It got play on the speculator circuit (how i came to check it out), because it had a low print run and "sold out".

Totally agree on Hell Yeah. What a steaming pile that was.

And...I also second Epic Kill (more like Epic Fail). Cannot believe they are still printing that garbage (which is currently on issue 10).

It was cancelled with #10. I grabbed number 1. That was it for me. The art was good, though.

Hell Yeah, Epic Kill, Sex, Holy Terror, Dancer, Hardcore, anything that McCann's written (Mind the Gap & Lost Vegas spring to mind).

On the "not the worst of the last 5 years, but still awful" list:

Hellheim, Great Pacific, Sixth Gun, Clone, Skullkickers
