As far as JIM goes this is one of the easiest issues to find. Even so, they don't come up in 9.4 too often.

The BIN is pretty high though, considering the book guides for around $75.

Book is going nowhere fast with what is probably a $375+ reserve (based on the BIN). In my opinion a book like this SHOULD be a qualifier (distributor's paint spray across entire top edge of cover and interior pages OTHERWISE/ NM 9.4). This book just doesn't fit the "mold" of the majority of CGC 9.4s, even beyond the spray, and the bidding WILL reflect it. Too many detractions to ignore, 9.4 label or not. With all due respect to CGC, books like this are the most difficult to grade OVERALL. It's absolute value is most likely what a slabbed 8.5 (a very strictly graded one) would realize, in my estimation.
