Amazing Spider-Man #300 chromium 9.8 on ebay

Doesn't the Overstreet price this issue at $10.00? (I don't have the book in front of me)

It was produced in 1998 and titled marvel collectbles classics?

Great Profit!

Why not wait until the auction is over before torpedoing the guy's book? Do you really need to badmouth it while it's in progress? boo.gif

Thank you, fantasyfootballbono

I would just add, Overstreet is hardly relevant to graded books these days. But what do I know?

Anyway it all worked out well as far as I am concerned, other than the high bidder wanting to pull out at the last minute. Oh well, that's life on ebay I suppose.

Thanks again,

I had asked about this issue previously, questioning the value. Apparently, this is one of those instances where a reprint actually carries an unusually high value CGC or otherwise. Pigman was correct about the Overstreet value, but these books, especially those CGCd in uberhigh grade go for way way way over OBV. A CGC 9.8 going for $250-$300 is fair market.
