Hard to tell a 9.4 from a 9.8 without seeing the book up close in real life, but looks pretty good to me. I would give it around a 9.8.

Hmm... I would be curious to see the notes, but it probably isn't worth the cost. If I had to guess what kept it down it looks like there is a spine tick going into the black on cables neck.

 

Easier to see in your slab pic than in the original.

 

Still a 9.6 will get you some decent coin if you are planning on selling it.
