Just picked this up today! It's complete and the defects include:

 

~Rusty lower staple w/moderate migration

~Small 1/4" tear rear cover

~Light Chipping Lower rear cover

~Light scratches, cover

~Half-torn page, near centerfold (torn almost flush with spine, bottom to middle)

~Soft lower right corner, cover

 

Otherwise, it's a very flat book, glossy cover with supple pages. Not planning on ever selling this one. It's my first early Frazetta book!
