New Marvels & DC’s From Wizard World Philadelphia in Pedigree's Grand Auction!

1 post in this topic

The high grade books are continuing to come in for our upcoming June Grand Auction. Slated to begin in just over one (1) week on the night of Monday, June 17th and last for ten (10) days until the night of Thursday, June 27th, the auction will have a few hundred choice high grade CGC certified Marvels and DC’s from the Silver, Bronze and Copper Ages plus other genres and publishers. The sooner you consign your books the more exposure and press they will receive. We aggressively promote and advertize each Grand Auction on many online sites and trade publications and we also send periodic newsletters to all of our over 19,000 customers announcing the individual auction items. There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and almost every one of the lots will have no reserve. Every book is CGC graded and the minimum bid is only $100 on most books and less than that for the Wolverine Registry Sets on consignment in the auction. You can check out over 360 ultra high grade comic books right now in the Auction Preview at www.PedigreeComics.com.

The newest group of books comes from a few different collections that we picked up at the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con last weekend. The books, over 70, are at the CGC offices awaiting certification and will be graded and uploaded onto the web site in time for the auction. All are in Near-Mint and higher condition with many highest graded examples. Here are the highlights from the Wizard World Philadelphia purchases:

up at the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con.

Consignors maximize their profits selling in a Grand Auction, more so than on any other auction site or auction house. We do not charge a Buyers Premium, an amount that most bidders take into consideration when bidding in other sites (the bidders simply deduct that Buyers Premium amount from their final bidding price, meaning less $$ to the consignor and more to the auction site). The higher the value of your book(s) that sell in a Grand Auction, the more $$ you take home under Pedigree Comics’ Climbing Scale. We consistently set new sales records for Silver and Bronze Age comics in each Grand Auction and on our regular site inventory listing and we do not saturate the market with the same material over and over every month. Grand Auctions are unique and exciting, with new and diversified, top-rated CGC material in each event. Why settle for less by consigning with someone else?

Prospective consignors can also upload their own scans, item information, descriptions and reserve amounts for the upcoming June Grand Auction by utilizing the Automated Consignment System. It is actually very easy and fun to do. Just register onto the site, click "Customer Page" under "Your Account" and then click "Consignments" (under "Auctions"). You will then be able to enter the Pedigree Comics Consignment Management System and upload your own CGC certified books and magazines. We will receive an email notification automatically once you have uploaded the information and we will then review the information imparted for accuracy. The item(s) will then be added to the June Grand Auction to be bid on. You will be amazed how simple it is to utilize the Automated Consignment System.
