finding out grader notes

I know i am picking your brains lately but would like to know how you guys get the grader notes for your slabbed books?

 

can you do this online or do you have to call? how many books can you request at once?

 

i definitely would like to hear about the notes if i could but its not so important that i wanna tie up a cgc rep for 15 minutes over it.
