A question on submitting books to be graded...

Last year, I had submitted books in to CGC on site at Wizardworld Chicago. I had noticed on Heritage's website they offer a 20% discount when you submit books in through them. If I do this, do I have to join the Collectors Society or can I just submit books to CGC anytime I want using Heritage's discount? This has probably been covered before, but for my own piece of mind could someone help me out. Thanks in advance.

anytime you submit through Heritage you get the discount. You don't have to join the Collectors Society

Are they not still offerring 3 free submissions when you join the society for $99? If so you can beat that kind of a deal.
