Why did the registry time expire early?

It is now 441 pm Eastern time. The registry deadline is 5pm. Why did the time cut out early??

That message at the top of the registry page, threw me off. Instead of a countdown, it said thanks for all participating. I'm guessing my additions are still good

The timer was a bit off, but the true deadline was 5pm EST. Anything entered after that will not be considered.
