when did cgc change the thickness of the magazine holder?

just got a shipment today and now the thickness of the holder is half what it use to be... how about a little warning? nothing like half my collection 1/2inch thick and now 1/4inch thick holders in my box...

That must look crappy! Uniformity of presentation is an important ingredient of any collection.

 

Why would they do that? I have two CGC slabbed FMs and, even thought they are anamolies in my collection, I was very impressed by the weight and thickness of the CGC holders. They do look sharp and have a good feel about them.

 

Can you post side by side pics of the old holders and the ones that you just received?

Sounds like a real nightmare on your end. I would immediately be on the phone with CGC demanding an explanation.
