Grade Opinion - Transformers #80

Came across a few copies of this last week and most are in pretty much the same condition. Just wanted to get a feel what you guys think the grade range of these would be I am thinking at least above a 9.0 but not sure so figured I would ask some boardies for assistance with this.

I'm thinking the one pictured looks around a 7.0

Is that a stain or a chip on the bottom right edge of the back cover? Or something else?

Thought it was a chip myself until closer examination it appears to be a part of the ad color.
