Up for sale is a lovely copy of Marvel Stories from November 1940 that is complete with very nice gloss and overhang. Pages are supple and creamy with NO hint of brittleness whatsoever.

Just to sweeten the pot, this issue also has a story which foreshadows the FF origin. A rocket ship passes thru cosmic rays and creates a super human. That particular story has Simon and Kirby artwork with a panel that looks (to me anyway) later to have been swiped into the Cap 1 origin as well. Good luck with the sale!
