I guess this means the guy he "sold" the Marvel #1 to is now trying to sell it for a loss, unless Jay is doing him a favor and selling it for no commission...

...or he never sold it, unless he sold it to himself. I recently sold a Superman 10 cent Adventure to myself for 1 billion dollars!!!!!!! This was the highest price ever paid for a modern book.
