Finally, ASM 17 - no those are not tears on the front at the top, I thought they were but looking at the inside of the front, I can confirm the page is not broken. Spine is nice on this one (except the bottom) and colors are very bright.

No, it’s not "wrong" as there are no proper rules in this section (we attempted to have a thread stickied but nothing so far… ).

It‘s just more handy, and also putting a lot of books at the same time (in different threads) would result in clogging the space.

The ASM #17: looks nice, I would have said in the F+ or better range, but the back cover has creasing, and some waviness. If no water damage is present, I’d say F – 6.0 or 6.5.

I would say 5.5 due to tear and rumpiliness of BC...

Sorry I wasn't clear; I meant the tear on the FC and the general rumpled look of the BC.

That's not a tear also - I thought the same but looked on the inside of the front cover and there is no tear -
