If rarity is the most important factor in deciding value then you'd have a point; in 35 years when Stan has put in the correct amount of time to sign a significant portion of any specific issue to outweigh the unsigned copies.

 

Also, I have a bunch of 1/1 sports cards I'd gladly trade for your signed Stan Lee books. Mine are 1/1 so, by rarity standards, they are worth more than any Stan Lee signed book.
