How much would marker on the top of a book affect the grade? My copy of IF #14 looks pretty close to NM, but it has three small pink marker marks and one large yellow marker mark going across the top edge of the book.

Presents real nice for a 7.0,but the stains are gonna keep it from going any higher.

Yeah, 7.0 seems about right. You might have a charitable grader at CGC give it 7.5, but no more. The dirt on the back cover limits the upside on this book for me.
