PGM Conan 64 30-cent price variant

Slight pencil scribble at bottom of "E" in Fiends, but not enough to leave indentations. A few wrinkles on the back that I believe can be pressed out. Wondering how much the back will knock it down in its current state. Thanks for looking.

IMHO it can't get higher than 8.5 with the corner crease, even after a dry clean and press.

Comfortable with a 7.5 as well, if there is no cover creasing.

Definite loss of color, but I can't tell if it's print-related or a rub of some sorts. There is no paper loss (ie, tape pull).
