Help finding a story

As a kid I had some issues of mad magazine that reprinted some of the early issues. In one of the volumes there was a story about a futuristic society where the inhabitants had all become morbidly obese and decrepit through their reliance on technology. Does anyone know which issues this corresponds to in the original books? Or the name of the story?

 

Or failing that somewhere I could thumb through scans of interior pages of the books?
