Sensational Spider-Man #0 VARIANT....Whats it worth?

I was diggin around in a LCS back issues when I came across 2 copies of the "red-webbed" variant edition of this book: 1 of 3000.

I haven't seen one of these on Ebay before and wondered what one might sell for...Thoughts are appreciated.

At least $40-50...Very tough to find. I have about 3-4 people on a "waiting list" for this book. Only had two, kept one and sold one. If you are a Spider-man fan, keep one:),

Being there are only 4 graded copies in the census, I might have to send 1 in. Grading them out, they would both probably get a 9.6, maybe 9.8. Hmmmmm.......
