It could work. Zoom finally stepping up to me a major all-continuity DC villain by taking on the JLA. Hes only been a Flash guy till now, though, w/o consulting a database, I wouldnt be surprised if he was part of a multi villain JLA fight at some point.

As for the Flash crossover, boy, it sur elooks like DC feels its time to roughen up Good Barry's spotless Silver Age reputation. I just hope that dont go as far as they felt was necessary or a good story as when they tarnished Hal. I agre with the concept that nobody's as goody two shoes as they appear in public. We get further proof of that every day in the "news"/gossip shows. So take him down a peg with a personal foible or two (likes porno, had a mistress, dresses up in ladies underwear...you know all the stuff Greggy does) but dont make him evil, or go insane, or a secret serial killer!!!

Professor Zoom/Eiobard Thorne/The Reverse-Flash has been in crossovers before and has fought the JLA.

However, Hunter Zolomon, (a character that is not inherently evil but tries to use evil deads in order to cause greater good) became the new Zoom/Reverse-Flash in Flash 197 (about a year+ ago) has only faced the Flash.
