Please check my grade Avengers 55

I've been using the overstreet guide and feel I'm decent at grading when it comes to your standard defects. However I'm always a bit unsure when it comes to defects you don't see everyday. Without the defect on this book in the lower right corner I feel the book is a VF-. Cleaning the back cover might get it to a VF. There is no brittleness in this book and the spine is nice and tight. I'm calling this a Fine+ with the defect. What say you?

I agree with your stated grade. 6.5 is pretty much accurate, as the corner is indeed damaged.

I'm calling that a 5.5/6.0 because it looks insect related. CGC is not a fan of insects.
